A Wolf Alice új lemezével érkezik Budapestre.

A Wolf Alice augusztus végén jelenteti meg új nagylemezét, a The Clearinget, amely a gitárpop zenekar negyedik nagylemeze lesz, egy klasszikus rockalbum, a ’70-es évek ihletettségével, de nagyon is a jelenről szólva. A zenekar pedig az új lemez megjelenésével egyszerre a világkörüli turnéját is bejelentette, köztük a Wolf Alice első önálló budapesti koncertjével, november 11-én a Barba Negrában.

Az észak-londoni kvartett, a Wolf Alice 2013-ban tűnt fel a My Love Is Cool című debütáló albumuk szomorú eufóriájával, amelyen a Grammy-díjra jelölt Moaning Lisa Smile is szerepelt. 2018-ban a Visions Of A Life a Mercury Music Prize-győzelemmel már bebetonozta a feltörekvő zenekar helyét a zeneiparban, majd a 2022-es Blue Weekend meghozta számukra az első helyezést az Egyesült Királyság slágerlistáin és a legjobb formációnak járó Brit Awardot is.

Negyedik albumuk, a The Clearing augusztus 29-én jelenik meg a Sony Musicnál, bemutatva, hogy a Wolf Alice ereje csúcsán van és az évek alatt jelentős kulturális hatássú zenekarrá nőtte ki magát.

A Wolf Alice karrierje során már többször körbejárta a világot, adtak teltházas klub koncerteket, játszottak nagy fesztiválokon és ismert zenekarok vendégeként – itthon a Sziget Fesztiválon és Harry Styles előtt láthattuk őket. A zenekar ezen a nyáron már biztosan ott lesz Angliában a Radio 1’s Big Weekend-jén és a Glastonbury fesztiválon, az év vége felé pedig világkörüli turnéra indulnak, amelynek a budapesti Barba Negra is állomása november 11-én.

A koncertre jegyet elsőként a zenekar hivatalos rajongói klubjának tagjai vásárolhatnak május 21-én, 10 órától, majd másnap 10 órakor indul az elővásárlás a Spotify és a regisztrált Live Nation tagok számára, a teljes körű jegyértékesítés pedig május 23-án, 10 órakor kezdődik.

Wolf Alice comes to Budapest with their new album.

Wolf Alice will release their new album, The Clearing, at the end of August, which will be the guitar-pop band's fourth full-length, a classic rock album inspired by the '70s but very much about the present. And with the release of the new album, the band has also announced a world tour, including Wolf Alice's first headliner show in Budapest on 11 November at Barba Negra.

The North London quartet Wolf Alice first came to prominence in 2013 with the bruised euphoria of their debut album My Love Is Cool, which also featured the Grammy-nominated Moaning Lisa Smile. In 2018, Visions Of A Life cemented the up-and-coming band's place in the music industry with a Mercury Music Prize win, and 2022's Blue

Weekend earned them the number one spot in the UK charts and a Brit Award for Best Group.

Their fourth album, The Clearing, will be released on 29 August on Sony Music, showing that Wolf Alice are at the peak of their powers and have grown over the years into a band with a significant cultural impact.

Wolf Alice have toured the world multiple times, playing sold-out club gigs, big festivals and as guests of well-known bands – in Hungary they played at the Sziget Festival and they were the support act for Harry Styles. The band will definitely be at Radio 1's Big Weekend and Glastonbury in the UK this summer, and near to the end of the year they will embark on a world tour, including a stop at the Barba Negra in Budapest on 11 November.

Tickets for the Budapest show will be available first for members of the band's official fan club on 21 May at 10am, followed by Spotify and Live Nation pre-sale at 10am on the next day, and general on sale starts on 23 May at 10am.
