One of the most exciting young voices in Hungary’s underground hip-hop scene is hitting the Danube riverside: 19-year-old Gently Da Spittah channels the spirit of ’90s BoomBap in his music, infused with soulful and jazzy samples — and he raps with equal fire in both English and Hungarian.
With a background in piano, deep jazz roots, and an energetic flow, he’s already made waves on stages like Akvárium, A38, and Budapest Park — and now he’s bringing his vision of HipHop to Pontoon.
